Job Description:

a. Responsible for establishing and improving the company's environmental, occupational health, and safety management systems, organizing the preparation of safety and environmental work plans and annual work plans, and supervising the implementation. Timely organize reports and ensure the rectification of hidden hazards;

b. Organize environmental factor and hazard identification, risk assessment, develop control objectives, indicators, management plans, and emergency plans for significant environmental factors and major hazards, supervise implementation, and organize emergency drills;

c. Responsible for safety production standardization work and daily operation supervision;

d. Responsible for organizing the company's safety, environmental, and occupational health education and training plans, and ensuring their implementation;

e. Assist in handling safety, environmental protection, fire safety, and lightning protection procedures for new, modified, or expanded projects, ensure safety and environmental assessments, and manage the "Three Simultaneities" of construction projects;

f. Responsible for the supervision and inspection of fire-fighting equipment and emergency supplies, and organize company fire emergency drills;

g. Responsible for the statistics, cause investigation, analysis, and handling of production-related work accidents, as well as the coordination and handling of non-production-related accidents. Participate in safety, environmental, occupational health, and fire accident investigations, report safety and environmental incidents truthfully, and prepare accident investigation and handling reports;

h. Participate in various safety, environmental, occupational health, and fire inspections. If unsafe factors are found, stop the work immediately, report to the relevant leaders, take timely measures, issue hazard notices or corrective/preventive action forms, and verify the rectification results;

i. Responsible for the management and supervision of special equipment, ensuring timely inspection of equipment that is due for inspection and ensuring regular inspections to guarantee production safety;

j. Responsible for the business management of the fire-fighting team;

k. Responsible for production protection and heatstroke prevention management;

l. Perform other tasks assigned by company leadership.

Job Requirements:

a. Safety Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, or related majors;

b. Age below 40, physically healthy, with relevant work experience preferred. Possession of a registered safety engineer certificate is a plus.

c. Optimistic, responsible, with good learning ability, communication skills, and team spirit;

d. Knowledge of safety production, environmental protection, and occupational health laws and regulations;

e. Understanding of basic technical processes in the company’s various departments;

f. Proficient in using office software such as WORD, EXCEL, with basic network knowledge, and able to use computers for office tasks;

g. Responsible, with good character, fair in handling matters, and possessing excellent organizational coordination, communication, and execution skills.
