Job Description:

a. Responsible for establishing and improving the company's management systems for environment, occupational health, and safety, organizing the formulation of safety and environmental work plans and annual work plans, supervising and inspecting their implementation, promptly organizing reports, and conducting follow-up checks on hazard rectification;

b. Organize the identification of environmental factors and hazards, risk assessments, and for key environmental factors and major hazards, develop control objectives, indicators, management plans, and emergency response plans, and supervise their implementation. Organize emergency drills for the company’s emergency plans;

c. Responsible for the work of achieving safety production standardization and daily operational supervision and management;

d. Responsible for organizing and implementing environmental, occupational health, and safety-related education and training plans for the company and various departments;

e. Assist in handling safety, environmental protection, fire safety, and lightning protection procedures for new, modified, and expanded engineering projects, ensuring safety and environmental evaluation and the "Three Simultaneities" management of construction projects;

f. Responsible for the supervision and inspection of firefighting equipment and emergency supplies, and organizing company fire emergency drills;

g. Responsible for statistics, cause investigation, analysis, and handling of production-related work injuries, as well as coordinating the handling of non-production work injuries. Participate in the investigation and handling of safety, environmental, occupational health, and fire accidents, report safety accidents and environmental events truthfully, and write investigation and handling reports;

h. Participate in various safety, environmental, occupational health, and fire inspections, identify unsafe factors, have the authority to stop work and report to relevant leaders, take timely measures, issue hazard notices or corrective/preventive action notices, and verify the rectification results;

i. Responsible for the management and supervision of special equipment, ensuring timely inspection and compliance with scheduled tests to guarantee production safety;

j. Responsible for managing the business of the fire brigade;

k. Responsible for the management of production protection and heatstroke prevention work;

l. Perform other tasks assigned by company leadership.

Job Requirements:

a. Safety engineering, engineering management, or other related majors;

b. Physically and mentally healthy.

c. Optimistic, responsible for work, with good learning ability, communication skills, and a spirit of teamwork.

d. Familiar with laws and regulations related to safety production, environmental protection, and occupational health, as well as national policies;

e. Familiar with the basic technical processes of the company's departments;

f. Proficient in the use of office software such as WORD and EXCEL, with basic knowledge of networking, able to use a computer for office work;

g. Responsible, with good moral character, fair in handling matters, and possessing strong organizational, coordination, communication, and execution skills.
